Cleaning and maintenance:
Annual maintenance is limited to the control of the filter media and the UVC lamp. The UVC lamp should be changed after 6000-8000 hours of use. The change at the beginning of the pond season in spring is optimal. The pressure pond filter has a modern developed cleaning system that can be controlled via a switch with 2 functions.

EasyClean backwash functions:
Switch position "filter" = normal operation - The water is fed through the pressure pond filter with the help of a pond pump and returned to the pond purified.
Switch position "Clean" = cleaning mode - By turning the selector switch, the motor integrated in the filter head is switched on, which rotates the filter sponges inside the pond filter and removes coarse dirt without having to open the pond filter. In cleaning mode, the dirty water is discharged via an additional connection and can be used for garden irrigation, for example.
