Q1: Does the dehumidifier come with a drain hose and connector or do you have to buy them separately?

A: The dehumidifier comes with a drain hose & rain connector, but the hose is 6.5 ft if you want a longer drain hose, need to buy it separately.

Q2: Where will you ship from?

A: We will ship from the warehouse in the United States. The general processing time is 1-2 business days. Estimated to be delivered in 5-8 business days.

Q3: Why is the machine still working when the setting humidity value has been reached?

A: Due to the 5% deviation in the practical working environment and the relative instability of the temperature and humidity in the airflow, we suggest you set the humidity value 5%-10% lower than you actually need.

Q4: Why does the dehumidifier blow out hot wind?

A: Because heat will be generated inside from the compressor when the dehumidifier works, which needs to be brought out to force cooling down of the compressor by funneling the dehumidified air on its heated surface. This will ensure the long-lasting operation of the dehumidifier and avoid breakdown.

Q5: How long should it take to rest the dehumidifier before your first use after receiving it?

A: The machine may need some time to recover its original settled place of the lubricant. Please keep the machine rest and stand upright for 3 hours before your first use in case malfunctioning and extend to 24 hours if long lasting shipping.

Q6: Why is the fan still working when the preset humidity value has been reached?

A: The machine will keep running for 3 minutes to ensure effective dissipation of vapor and heat inside the machine after the humidity value has been reached.
